These Disclaimers apply to the ScribeGap websites and app (the "Service"), operated by Ground Leads EOOD (Граунд Лийдс ЕООД). They form part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict on the topics of liability or warranties, the Terms of Service control.

Content on the Service is provided for general information and to help you create your own content. It is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
2. No guaranteed results
Search engine outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engines’ own algorithms and policies, your website, and your market. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, revenue, or other result, and nothing on the Service should be taken as such a promise.
3. No earnings or performance claims
Any figures, growth, or outcomes mentioned anywhere on the Service are illustrative only. They are not a promise or projection of the results you will achieve. Your results depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances.
4. AI-generated content
Drafts and suggestions are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and may occasionally produce content that is outdated or incorrect. Always review, fact-check, and edit AI-generated content before you rely on it or publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.
5. Third-party data and estimates
Search volumes, difficulty scores, ranking-ease indicators, trend signals, and similar metrics come from third-party sources and are estimates, not exact or guaranteed figures. Ranges shown in the Service (for example “1,000+ / mo”) are approximate.
6. No affiliation or endorsement
ScribeGap is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Google or any other search engine or platform. “Google”, “Google Search Console”, “Google Analytics”, and other names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility and features. Where you connect Google, we access your data on a read-only basis as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Testimonials and examples
Any testimonials, quotes, screenshots, sample topics, or example results shown on the Service reflect individual experiences or illustrative scenarios. They are not a guarantee that you will have the same experience or achieve the same results, and results are not typical.
8. Not professional advice
