These Disclaimers apply to the ScribeGap websites and app (the "Service"), operated by Ground Leads EOOD (Граунд Лийдс ЕООД). They form part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict on the topics of liability or warranties, the Terms of Service control.
1. General information
Content on the Service is provided for general information and to help you create your own content. It is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
2. No guaranteed results
Search engine outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engines’ own algorithms and policies, your website, and your market. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, revenue, or other result, and nothing on the Service should be taken as such a promise.
3. No earnings or performance claims
Any figures, growth, or outcomes mentioned anywhere on the Service are illustrative only. They are not a promise or projection of the results you will achieve. Your results depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances.
4. AI-generated content
Drafts and suggestions are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and may occasionally produce content that is outdated or incorrect. Always review, fact-check, and edit AI-generated content before you rely on it or publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.
Images. Some images are AI-generated and some are not, and the difference matters when you are deciding how carefully to check one. AI cover images are produced by third-party AI image models and may contain visual artifacts, distortions or inaccuracies, and may unintentionally resemble existing works or styles. We do not guarantee that a generated image is original or free of resemblance to other works. Quick Covers, social carousels and Pinterest pins are not AI-generated: they are drawn in your browser from your own logo, colours and fonts, with text taken from your draft. Review every image before you use it, whichever way it was made, and make sure you have the right to use it for your intended purpose.
Images you supply. Resize My Image works on a photograph you choose, and that file never leaves your browser. You are responsible for having the right to use any image you upload, including where it shows an identifiable person.
Suggested links between your own pages. Where the Service recommends linking one of your articles to another, it reads your sitemap and checks that the pages it finally recommends are reachable at that moment. It cannot know whether a page will still exist later, and it does not judge whether a particular link suits your purposes. Check the suggestions before you publish them.
5. Third-party data and estimates
Search volumes, competition data, trend signals and similar metrics come from third-party sources and are estimates, not exact or guaranteed figures. Volume figures in particular describe groups of closely related searches rather than one exact phrase, which is why we show them as ranges (for example "1,000 - 5,000 / mo" or "5,000+ / mo") rather than as a single number that would look more precise than the data really is.
Our Ranking Ease indicator is our own calculation, not a third party's. It is worked out from third-party data about how many other websites link to the pages currently ranking for a search, placed on a scale we set ourselves. We have checked that scale against a well-known commercial SEO tool and it tracks closely, but the bands we label Easy, Medium and Hard are our own judgement about what a smaller site can realistically win, and they are deliberately more cautious than that tool's. Treat Ranking Ease as a considered opinion built on measured data, rather than as a fact.
6. No affiliation or endorsement
ScribeGap is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Google, or with any search engine, social network or other platform. "Google" and "Google Search Console", "Pinterest", "Instagram", "TikTok", "LinkedIn", "X", "Threads" and "YouTube", and all other names and marks, are the property of their respective owners. We use them only to describe what a feature is for and what size or format an output is made in: for example that an image is sized for a Pinterest pin, or that a script is written for a short video. Where you connect Google, we access your data on a read-only basis as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Testimonials and examples
Any testimonials, quotes, screenshots, sample topics, or example results shown on the Service reflect individual experiences or illustrative scenarios. They are not a guarantee that you will have the same experience or achieve the same results, and results are not typical.
8. Not professional advice
Nothing on the Service is legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You should seek advice from a qualified professional before making decisions that may have legal or financial consequences.
9. External links
The Service may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
10. Availability
The Service may be offered in early access or beta, may change, and may be unavailable from time to time. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ground Leads EOOD (operator of ScribeGap) is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any content produced with it. This is subject to, and does not expand, the limitations set out in our Terms of Service, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including certain consumer rights.

We may update these Disclaimers from time to time and will update the effective date above when we do.
